About Us

Welcome! I’m Sue, and the handsome guy next to me is Mark! We're your neighbors just three doors down on Burleigh Ave (and yes, that’s how 3 Doors Down got its name!). We’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years — I’m a native Floridian — and we truly love the area and everything Daytona has to offer. When this home became available, we were excited to turn it into our dream rental and share it with others.

Our home life is full and lively! We have several animals — dogs, cats, turtles, rabbits, geckos, a bearded dragon, and even a beautiful koi pond. I also care for my elderly sister Barbara at home, so I’m usually nearby.

Mark has personally completed most of the work in this rental, and if anything needs attention during your stay, he can often fix it quickly. We’re always just a call or text away We’re happy to offer local recommendations — beaches, restaurants, events, or hidden gems. We both ride motorcycles, so if you’re visiting for a bike event, we may even be able to point you toward some fun local routes. Welcome to our neighborhood — we’re so glad you’re here.
